CVTC Culinary Management Student Gingerbread House Display

The museum is excited to partner with the Chippewa Valley Technical College and Instructors Kevin Brown, Jonathan Fike, and Melissa Tok to showcase the Culinary Management students’ end-of-semester gingerbread projects. Twelve creations will be on display from December 9-23, 2023. Visitors will enjoy the variety of skills displayed by students at varying points in their course of study.

Join award-winning gingerbread artist Constance Heffernan for a presentation about her work and creative process. This program is planned for kids 10 and older.

• Gingerbread Building Workshop | Dec 2, 3:30pm
Enjoy a Gingerbread Building Workshop led by award-winning Gingerbread Artist Constance Heffernan and owner of Sweet Driver Chocolates & Cafe Becky Flynn. Participants are invited to build their own gingerbread creations using the materials provided, along with embellishments they bring from home.
